What's your story?
Yatish loves tea and beer so much that he'd love to share his passion for the two with you!
Grimm Artisanal Ales, Lilt - Golden Sour Ale aged in Oak Barrels w/ Montmorency Cherries
ABV: 6.0%
This beer manages to create an experience and takes anyone to a memorable time and place, every single time. The smell is like a cherry pie, and the tartness and sweetness lingers in the mouth in a way that makes this something of a lifeblood. The aging in oak barrels make this a smooth, robust finish, remaining light in color, taste, and feel. I would drink this beer every day if I had a bottle for each of the days of my life.
Tea: T2 Banana Bake - Black Tea
Flavor: A fun tea that tastes like a classic loaf of banana bread. This goes well with milk and honey, and packs the caffeine needed to taste a good treat, and wake up from one too.
Rating: 9/10; Honey and a splash of milk could make this a well-bodied tea with just the right amount of sweetness. It brings out the banana qualities without compromising the tea’s bready flavoring too.
Beer: Książęce
ABV: 4.9%
Flavor: A very solid Weizen with a solid level of hops to bring out the banana and clove. A classic beer style done very well!
Rating: 9/10; I recommend this beer to those that enjoy wheat beers, specifically lovers of banana and clove as this aromatically smells as elegant as it tastes! When in Poland, drink the local brews!
