Let The Beard Grow
The beard will
Show,
And
So too
Shall
It
Grow.
It is not
A
Sign
Of
Any
Proverbial
Wisdom
Or
Aging,
But a sign
That
Time
May
Pass,
And nothing
Is
Permanent,
Impermanent,
Or
Necessarily
Always
Made
Of
Glass.
It will not
Bend
Or
Break,
But the
Hairs
May trickle
Down
The
Chin,
Until a
Beanstalk
Is
Formed,
And
The beard
Needs
To be
Trimmed.
A little
Trim
Never
Shaped
Up
To be
A
Big ordeal,
But
Like a tree,
Even
A
Beard
Must fall
Someday,
Some
Way.
It may grow
And
Grow,
But with each
Hair
That grays,
Another
Shall be growing
In
The
Shadow
Of
Haze.
Like a haystack,
The beard
Gets
Jumbled
And
Tangled,
But it
Shall never
Have
To
Ever be
Mangled.
For an unkempt
Beard
Is an
Unkempt
Person,
Waiting
To
Be
Straightened
Out.
A beard can
Tell you
A
Lot
About
A
Person’s
Life,
And even
More about
Their
Care
For
Appearances.
As it spirals
Like
Rapunzel’s
Hair,
Do not
Stare,
For the beard
Will not
Be
Protected
With your
Prescription
Of
Anti
Glare.
You can fare
When you let
The hair
Flow
Like
Locks
And be the
Key.
Let the beard
Grow,
And
So
Too,
Shall
Thee.
