Sift through sand

If it’ll keep

Shaping

To our

Being?

How do we find

Sand in the most

Mysterious

Of places?

What are we

But sand’s playground

When it sticks

To us?

The castles

And bridges

We create from the sand

Is as fleeting as the Waves

That crash

The party,

And break the drawbridge

At Earth’s

Command.

What do we do when

The sands

Shift?

Shift with them

I guess, As all things

Must

Adapt.
